Freshly milled Khorasan wheat — sourced from a regenerative farm and grown without chemical spraying — is combined with a live sourdough starter, pure reverse osmosis water, and a touch of salt. Nothing more, nothing less.

The result is a deeply flavorful, golden-crusted loaf with a tender, chewy crumb and a subtle nutty sweetness that only Khorasan wheat can offer. Slice it thick, slather it with butter, and savor every bite.

• Reverse Osmosis Water – Ultra-pure water for a clean, consistent bake
• Salt – Just enough to bring it all together

Contains gluten. Baked in small batches. Best enjoyed within 3–5 days or frozen for longer storage.
